We tried a case for a client who sustained an injury to her neck requiring surgery due to an automobile accident. After trial a jury returned a verdict for $7 million.
- Bus Strikes Car $5,600,000
We won a $5.6 million at trial for our client who was injured while a passenger in an automobile that was struck by a Private Bus. The plaintiff had suffered a severe and debilitating back injury. This was one of the 5th largest jury awards for a plaintiff injured in an automobile accident in New York State in 2002.
- Construction Site Accident $5,000,000
We litigated a case on behalf of a worker who fell from a ladder, broke both arms, and developed RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) causing chronic pain in one of his arms. The settlement was structured so as to pay him over his lifetime and make sure he and his family were supported financially.

We won $4.6 million at trial for a client who was a back seat passenger in South Carolina when a bus driver fell asleep and pushed the plaintiffs vehicle off of the road. This case was settled after a trial.

This case for a worker who was disabled after a floor collapsed beneath him at a construction worksite was settled before trial.
- Construction Accident $1,700,000
We won $1,700,000 for a worker who fell from a scaffold. He will receive tax-free payments for the rest of his life.
- Elevator Accident $1,175,000
We won $1,175,000 for a client who was injured when an elevator she was on malfunctioned. This case was settled after a trial. Part of her award will be put into a tax-free trust that will give her monthly payments for the rest of her life.
- Automobile Accident $1,000,000
We tried a case for a client who sustained leg injuries when a truck struck her as she was walking on the sidewalk. After trial a jury returned a verdict for slightly over $1 million.
- Slip and Fall Accident $875,000
We settled a case for a woman who sustained injuries to her back when she slipped and fell in her apartment due to the negligence of her landlord.

We litigated and settled a case on behalf of a teenager who fell from a fire escape when a railing he was leaning on broke away causing him to fall to the courtyard below sustaining facial injuries.

We won $500,000 for a woman who was scalded as a result of an improperly installed stove in her apartment. This case was settled before trial.
- Automobile Accident $425,000
We won $425,000 for a young boy who was struck by a car. The child suffered a concussion injury, and post-traumatic stress disorder that affected his school work. This case was settled during trial. The money will be held in trust for him until his 18th birthday.

We won $400,000 for a school teacher in Westchester County who was struck by a car while crossing the street. This case was settled before trial.
