LABOR LAW §241(6)

Under New York’s Labor Law, Section 241(6) covers non-gravity related construction site accidents including injuries caused by equipment and tools, accidents in trenches, trips and falls in corridors and passage ways where tripping hazardous may exist, injuries caused by unguarded machinery and tools, and all other forms of accidents which may occur but are not caused by a falling object or a worker falling from a height.
